Biggest Need. The Weak Speakers Have To Go!
Upgrading the cheap, wimpy, paper-coned speakers, is the first upgrade we recommend. Most BMW’s have have a single 3.5” in each door! The factory speakers represent the absolute minimum requirements for a speaker to produce sound. Replacing these weak speakers with a set of high-quality midrange and tweeter set will instantly will improve the quality of the sound, you will experience cymbals and clean and clear midrange from this simple upgrade.
More Bass!
Most BMW owners don’t realise that there are two 6” woofers each installed under the drivers and passengers seat. These wimpy woofers attempt to play bass and fail miserably! Here we replace these woofers for higher quality 8” woofers that are more powerful and play bass frequencies accurately.
More Power And Processing
BMW have tried a feeble attempt to get these cheap paper speakers to sound better by adding equalisation to the factory system. Once your speakers have been upgraded, we remove this equalisation by adding a processor and amplifier. Our processors can de-equalise the factory system, it also gives us control over the speakers in the car, allowing for digital delay, crossover and equalisation settings to increase the sound quality.
Once the sound is fixed, we add more power by introducing an amplifier to the system. This is what will give you the capability to crank up your music without any distortion for that live-concert experience in your BMW.
